Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled online up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. To reschedule:
1. Access your booking through the app or via the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email.
2. Select "Change Appointment" or "Edit Form," then choose "Reschedule."
3. Choose a new time that suits your schedule.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are not eligible for compensation. However, if we can fill your spot from the waitlist, you will receive a credit for future bookings.
*Please note:* Holiday programs require a minimum of 7 days' notice for cancellation.
Weather Conditions
Given Queensland's variable coastal weather, it's advisable to bring a rain jacket on unpredictable days. We strive to proceed with scheduled activities and have two undercover riding arenas available for use during inclement weather.
If severe weather necessitates a cancellation, we will offer a replacement lesson. If no suitable time is available, makeup sessions will be scheduled during the mid-week of the school holidays immediately following the term. Rescheduled lessons cannot be carried forward into another term.
Communication
Please ensure we have your current contact information. If you do not hear from us, assume your lesson is proceeding as scheduled. Weather conditions at the Ranch may differ from those in your area.
We rarely cancel the day before; therefore, please check your email on the day of your lesson if you are uncertain about cancellations. We will notify clients via text and post updates on our Facebook page if we need to close due to severe weather or flooding.
Makeup Lessons
To accommodate unforeseen cancellations, we offer makeup lessons under the following conditions:
1. The makeup lesson occurs within the same school term as the missed appointment.
2. The booking is made on the same day; advance bookings are not permitted.
To arrange a makeup lesson, text Kara at 0451 335 790 on the morning of the desired booking, including the time and date of your previously canceled appointment. You will receive a response confirming the rescheduling.
